Fatal Exit - a murder mystery: 10 November

Calling all aspiring sleuths! Kaye is hosting a Creme de la Crime murder mystery evening at Waterlooville Library & Learning Centre in Hampshire. Details and tickets for the event can be obtained in advance from Waterloo Library on 0845 603 5631. Participants will be investigating a dastardly murder that has occurred in a village theatre. You'll be supplied with all the evidence, including witness statements, transcripts of letters and emails, doctor's reports.... everything that will allow you to piece together whodunnit! And to add to the pressure you'll be solving it against the clock...

 Serial Killers - 3 November

Murder is grim and grisly, but can it also be fun?  Join Simon Brett, Meg Gardiner and yours truly at the Brook Church, The Square, Bagshot, Surrey, where we will be giving our different perspectives on the crime novel. Event starts at 7.30pm - to book tickets call 01483 543599, or call into Bagshot library.

Deerstalkers at the ready again! Kaye is hosting a Creme de la Crime murder mystery evening at Wokingham Library in Berkshire. Details and tickets for the event, which has to be booked in advance, can be obtained from Wokingham library on 01189 781368. Participants will be investigating a murder that has occurred during a summer ball in Victorian England. You'll be supplied with witness statements, transcripts of letters, doctor's reports...everything that will allow you to piece together whodunnit! And to add to the pressure you'll be solving it against the clock. And - yes, you can wear your ball gown if you really want to...

Think you know your Poe from your Poirot? Test your crime writing knowledge with Kaye at this friendly quiz evening at Reading Town Hall, held as part of the Reading Festival of Crime Writing. Bad Babes - August 12, 2009

They're not really bad, and they're not exactly...well, come and judge for yourselves at Waterstones in Bromley, Kent, where Kaye will be appearing with fellow female crime writers, talking candidly about ourselves and our books. Criminal Tendencies: May 2009
